Individualized Game Plan
Every individual is unique. That’s why TurnPro Sports conducts a comprehensive evaluation before developing a custom, individualized training plan for you.
First we do an interview to learn about you, then evaluate your range of motion and flexibility through the Functional Movement Screen, and finally, schedule you for a BodySpec DEXA scan.
Once these are completed, we can establish your training baseline and formulate the best training game plan for you.

TPS coaches are highly skilled and hold advanced degrees along with nationally-recognized credentials. With over 20 years of experience training some of the best athletes in the world, we understand exactly what it takes to design an effective personalized program to accomplish your goals. We demonstrate exercises first to educate on safety and proper execution as well as and explain the reasons behind our methods so you’ll know exactly what you are doing and, most importantly, why.
Proven System
Our S.M.A.R.T. PRO Training System ® was designed to encompass every element an athlete needs to perform at their best while minimizing the risk of injury. Every athlete begins their TPS experience with an Individualized Game Plan where we discuss and screen your Eating, Moving, and Sleeping (EMS) quality combined with other data points including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and lifestyle habits.
Your Schedule
Each workout is customized to meet your specific needs and schedule. Workouts are organized and planned prior to your appointment, so that when you arrive at TPS, you can start your session right away by rolling out and stretching in preparation for training. We respect your time and ensure every workout is efficient and effective.
Proven Results
Every 4-8 weeks (depending on your program), you will have the opportunity to accurately measure your total body composition, including fat, muscle, and bone density through BodySpec’s mobile DEXA scan. BodySpec appointments are available onsite at TPS once a month. With a 10min scan, you get a comprehensive report that shows your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. Your #gains over 4-8 weeks of consistent training will undoubtedly confirm your excellent choice in TPS to Train Hard, Train Right, and TurnPro!
TPS Team Training
At TurnPro Sports, we train every member like an athlete because fitness is the world’s biggest sport. When our athletes train together as a group, they become a T.E.A.M. (Together, Everyone Achieves More).
Through small team training, as our athlete, you’ll receive personal attention and an individualized workout based on your age and fitness level. Training in a group environment towards a common goal will bring out your best due to the natural camaraderie and healthy competition.
You will be pushed to give your all, and if modifications are needed for any reason, our attentive coaches will suggest safe alternative exercises to keep you moving!

Team Training workouts utilize: TRX Suspension and Rip Trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, battling ropes, sled work, agility ladders, mini hurdles, plyometric drills, free weights, body-weight exercises and total body recovery strategies.
We currently offer 4 Team Training options: Core Team, Mini Camps, Training Camps, and Team Breakouts

A small team of 2-4 athletes working towards similar goals who prefer a more individualized focused training program and hands-on coaching

Mini Camps
These workouts are designed to introduce you to our S.M.A.R.T. PRO training system. A team of 5-21 are athletes taken through a fun, challenging, workout incorporating movement-based strength training, power and agility work, mobility drills, core work, and recovery exercises. Our coaches work with you throughout the workout, providing feedback and safe modifications when necessary.

Training Camps
The next level in team training, designed for our intermediate to advanced athletes. Our coaches will draw on their wealth of experience training top professional athletes to push your body to new heights. This class is for those looking to take their workouts to an elite level! Class consists of a team of 5-15 athletes taken through a high-energy, high impact workout incorporating movement-based strength training, power and agility work, mobility drills, core work, and recovery exercises. Team Breakouts
These are focused educational training sessions combining lecture and hands-on training, designed to provide more insight and understanding into specific training concepts we offer such as, Olympic Lifting, Speed development, TRX, Kettlebells, Total-Body Recovery, just to name a few. It’s no secret that children benefit from regular physical activity. Studies show an early active start enhances the development of brain function, coordination, social skills, gross motor skills, emotions, and imagination. It also helps children build confidence, develop posture and balance, build strong bones and muscles, achieve a healthy weight, reduce stress, sleep well, move skillfully, and enjoy being active as a way of life.
FUNdamental Fitness (6-8yrs)
The #1 reason kids play sports is to have FUN! Kids value fun and playing with their friends more than anything else. At TPS, we understand this and designed our FUNdamental Fitness class to be fun, challenging and educational.
Our youth athletes build confidence and self-esteem through improvement of the fundamental movement skills and ABC’S:
- Run, jump, skip, crawl, squat, throw, catch, strike
- Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed
Strength training is introduced during this phase, focusing on the mastery of bodyweight movements. Additionally, we focus on leadership principles and affirming good lifestyle habits towards hygiene, nutrition, adequate sleep, and staying active.
Youth Sports Training (9-11yrs)
This class is focused on building a strong, athletic base to lay the foundation for future athletic growth and development. We address all aspects of optimum athletic performance through the introduction of our S.M.A.R.T. PRO Training System, modified for the youth athlete. The training is intense, but is done in a safe, fun and engaging atmosphere that builds confidence and key character attributes like leadership, perseverance and work ethic.

Our goal at TPS is to best prepare the athlete’s mind and body for the challenges they will face competing in their sport.
Our Sports Performance Director, Coach Chris, has more than 20 years of experience delivering an elite level of coaching to professional athletes, youth athletes, and fitness athletes alike. For 14 of those years, he spent working as a strength and conditioning coach for the Oakland Raiders where he was tasked with maximizing athleticism and performance for players.

Coach Chris brought that same passion and commitment to excellence when he co-founded TurnPro Sports after his tenure with the Raiders. He wanted a place where EVERYONE, not just elite athletes, could be trained from a PRO perspective. He helped develop our S.M.A.R.T PRO Training System ® which encompasses every element an athlete needs to perform at their best while minimizing the risk of injury.

We maintain an optimum ratio of coaches to athletes in our team performance groups to warrant close attention to detail in monitoring form and technique. This ensures safety as well as desired training objectives.
For an athlete to compete at their best, their body must move efficiently in all planes of motion and react to forces that are unpredictable but yet respond in a predictable way. This is training for real-world performance and thus we focus on training proper movements patterns, not just muscles.
Sports Medicine / Athletic Training
Our Sports Medicine program helps you stay healthy both on and off the field. It’s our goal to help every athlete achieve their maximum level of performance. Whether it’s helping to prevent injuries or treating current and chronic ones, we focus on getting you back to moving and feeling your best.
One of the focal problems we aim to solve within the field of sports medicine, is the gap between injury-free and performance ready. Typically, when an athlete’s rehab ends at a traditional clinic, they are left on their own to progress themselves back to competitive shape. For example, if it was the athlete’s ankle that was treated, fixed, and discharged, what about the knee, hip and lower back that has been compensating for weeks? This athlete has now developed both mobility and stability problems that must be addressed before returning to their sport or risk the high likelihood of re-injury. TPS utilizes a continuum of evidence-based reconditioning and performance protocols to effectively bridge the gap and excel athletes through this process to significantly minimize the risk of injury, while maximizing their performance.
The TPS Sports Medicine team is composed of board-Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC)s, who are allied healthcare professionals, highly trained in the care and prevention of athletic injuries. All members of the team have advanced degrees and specialized training in manual therapy techniques. They work closely together with our elite TPS performance coaches to seamlessly bridge your transition back to optimal function and performance.
Game/Event Coverage
TurnPro Sports employs Athletic Trainers (ATs) who hold the Board of Certification credential. ATs are allied healthcare professionals, highly trained in the care and prevention of athletic injuries. If you are organizing any sporting event, the risk of injury is always present. Our ATs are qualified and ready to handle all medical needs, minimizing your liability and allowing you to focus on other aspects of your event.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a pain-free assisted stretch system that assesses and restores lost range of motion (ROM). FST focuses on the fascia (the connective tissue that wraps around muscles, tendons, bones, and ligaments) and joint capsules. It is highly effective and we use it at TPS to aid athletes in recovery, eliminate pain, and restore function. After a single session, we guarantee that you’ll notice a marked improvement.
